Walked in and sat down. No one told us to sign in. waited for hair stylist 2 for 5 mins to come out from back. Another family walked and signed in. The stylist came out and took the other family first because they apparently knew to sign in. Stylist one knew we were there first and said nothing. We walked out for being ignored.

Horrible!!! Service! Checked in online, showed up and waited an hour was never waited on, left went to Great Clips checked in there taken right back and received better service and haircut, worked out for me, never will return again!!
